Paul Davis

Paul Davis is head of PGZ Driver Development. Paul has a wealth of experience in the driver training arena.  He retired from the Police Service in 2005 having spent the last 10 years of his service as Head of Driver Training for Leicestershire Constabulary. Paul was a long serving member of the National body overseeing Police driving and was co-author of the National Police Driving Manual.

Since leaving the Police Service Paul worked in the defensive driving techniques to the public and in the fleet market. He has trained prospective driver trainers and tutored law enforcement officers in advanced driving skills.

Martin Davis

Martin worked for 10 years as an Advanced Driving Instructor with Surrey police. He devised and ran BTEC driving courses for Police Instructors and also for police advanced and standard drivers. 
Martin ran Tactical Pursuit and Containment courses officers and instructors both internally, nationally and internationally and he was responsible for the training of VIP protection instructors and drivers.

Since retirement Martin has worked for the police in a consultancy role specialising in the accreditation and submission of BTEC vocational driving and traffic law courses.

Martin runs a variety of driving related courses and specialises in VIP / Anti Hijack courses and advising on collision investigation, from a drivers view point.
